About this manual

This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), for Nesher Investments (Pty) Ltd (FSP 14045).

How to request access to records

Requests for access to records held by us must be made to our Information Officer using the prescribed PAIA request form, delivered to 13 Flamingo Road, Beyerspark, Boksburg, 1459 or emailed to info@nesherinvest.co.za. Prescribed fees may apply.

Records we hold

We hold records relating to our clients, financial advice and intermediary services, employees, and statutory and regulatory compliance. Certain records are also governed by other legislation, including FAIS, FICA, the Companies Act and tax legislation.

Information Regulator
